What if I'm not happy with my products?
Providing the products are not used and arrived back to us in the same condition as they arrived to you, they can be returned. We will issue a refund for the cost of your order excluding the postage cost. See T&C for more information.

We use Stripe to take payments on our website. Stripe can process major debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is the best before date on the sweets & lollipops?
Sweets are supplied with a best before date of at least 6 months.
My event is more than 6 months in the future, can I delay my delivery?
Sure, that is not a problem, if you let us know when your event will be, we can schedule a more suitable date in the future for delivery.
How often is your item availability updated?
We print and package all our activity packs in house, we carry a number of prepared packs ready for fast delivery, or can produce any quantity you may require.
Please allow for extra allocated turnaround on large bulk orders.
How do I contact the carrier who will deliver to me?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from our courier with a tracking number and a one hour delivery time slot.
You will be able to track the progress of your parcels on a map as our drivers make their way to the delivery addresses.
Deliveries around Staffordshire & South Cheshire are carried out by our own courier, if you need to update any delivery requirements, please let us know and we’ll update our delivery driver.
